Astrology

Astrology is a belief system that posits a relationship between the positions and movements of celestial bodies—such as planets and stars—and events and characteristics in human life. Astrologers interpret the influence of these celestial configurations on individuals’ personalities, behaviors, and life events, typically by analyzing horoscopes, which are charts that represent the positions of celestial bodies at a specific time, such as an individual’s birth. Astrology is divided into various branches, including natal astrology (focusing on individual birth charts), mundane astrology (relating to world events), and horary astrology (answering specific questions based on celestial alignments). While astrology has ancient origins and significant historical influence, it is generally regarded as a pseudoscience today, lacking empirical support and scientific validation.
